Images …….. While every effort is made to obtain an accurate image of all article supplied, A manufacturers image is not always available in such a case an image of a similar article maybe used as guidance only.

If you are unsure as to the accuracy of any image please ring or e-mail so that we can advise you.

Prices……… In Such a competitive and flexible marketplace a price may not be held on at any out of stock item. This is especially true on highly volatile market such as cable.

Carriage……….. A carriage charge is automatically worked out with  the accusative weight of products purchased. if you wish to collect your goods this charge will be deducted from your invoice.

Damage……….. While every effort is made to pack goods in a safe and secure manner, fragile items such as fluorescent tubes and Fluorescent diffuses can occasionally suffer damage from couriers… With the this in mind please sign for all packages as 'unchecked' so we have some recourse with DHL or TNT parcel carriers. failure to do so may result in us not been able to send you a free replacement. 

Exchanges, refunds and warranties ……… all new equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty for 12 months. This it does not cover tubes and lamps. All reconditioned electrical equipment comes with a standard three-month warranty. Any goods found to be faulty through designer or manufacture will be exchanged on the return of the faulty item complete with proof of purchase. Cash refunds will only be given if an item has been miss-represented or the incorrect item has been sent. Collection of the goods will be at our cost. However if an incorrect item is ordered refunds will be by means of a credit note, less handling charge on the return of the said item.

Dispatch …….. Goods will be sent out only when payment is received in full (unless by prior arrangement or account customers), All goods are sent overnight by DHL or TNT. We endeavour to send all consignments out the day the order is received however, this is not guaranteed on orders received after 12 noon. No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday, bank holidays or through the Christmas shutdown. Last DHL or TNT collection from us is 3pm.
